  • ECU programming is a critical step when replacing or reinitializing the engine control unit. We perform software installation and calibration using OEM-level tools to ensure full integration with the vehicle’s VIN, immobilizer, and sensor networks.

    This service is tailored for:

    • Replacement of non-communicating or corrupted ECUs

    • Powertrain swaps requiring software alignment

    • Reprogramming after theft recovery or water exposure

✔ Ideal for: shops handling ECU replacements, drivetrain conversions, or resolving module compatibility issues.

  • Engine Control Unit – OEM Software Installation

ECU programming is essential when replacing a vehicle’s main engine control module. We install or update the ECU’s software using OEM-compliant tools, ensuring compatibility with the vehicle’s VIN, immobilizer system, and sensor architecture. Without proper programming, the vehicle may not start, operate correctly, or comply with emissions requirements.

    Use cases:

    • Replacement of a damaged or non-communicating ECU

    • Engine or transmission swap requiring software matching

    • Resetting or restoring ECU functionality after theft or water damage

✔ Recommended for: powertrain restorations, ECU failures, control unit mismatches

  • Sensor & Control Unit Realignment

Calibration ensures that sensors and electronic modules communicate accurately with the vehicle’s systems. After replacing components like angle sensors, throttle bodies, ride-height sensors, or headlights, OEM-level calibration is required to eliminate system errors and guarantee proper performance.

    Use cases:

    • Suspension, steering, or camera replacements

    • Misaligned readings after component changes

    • Warning lights that persist after repairs

✔ Recommended for: post-repair system resets, sensor replacements, electrical repairs

  •  OEM Smart Key & Immobilizer Setup

We program OEM-compatible keys, transponders, and remotes so they work with your vehicle’s security system. Our service includes key matching, immobilizer syncing, remote programming, and deactivation of lost or stolen keys. All procedures follow the vehicle manufacturer’s protocol.

    Use cases:

    • All-keys-lost situations

    • Replacement or duplication of smart keys

    • Immobilizer not recognizing new or used keys

✔ Recommended for: key loss, smart key syncing, security module resets

  • Safety System Reset After Repairs

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require exact sensor positioning and calibration after repairs. We calibrate cameras, radar units, and safety modules using factory procedures and guided scan tools to ensure lane-keeping, auto braking, and proximity alerts function with factory accuracy.

    Use cases:

    • Windshield, bumper, or camera replacement

    • Front-end collisions or ADAS sensor repairs

    • ADAS system deactivation or errors post-repair

✔ Recommended for: body shops, glass replacement, alignment shops

  • Accurate Troubleshooting with OEM Tools

We don’t just clear lights—we diagnose the cause. Using high-level diagnostics, we identify what’s triggering dash warnings (SRS, ABS, check engine) and guide your shop toward an accurate fix. We work with you to complete the job, not just reset a fault.

    Use cases:

    • Persistent warning lights after part replacement

    • Failed repairs by third parties

    • Customer returned after light reappeared

✔ Recommended for: final-stage repairs, warranty work, unresolved faults

  • Mobile Scanning

Our mobile diagnostics service gives you the full picture. We perform complete system scans, module communication checks, and data analysis using OEM-capable equipment. Whether you’re chasing a complex electrical fault or need a second opinion, we’re your partner in pinpointing the issue.

    Use cases:

    • Pre-repair module scans

    • Communication faults or non-responsive modules

    • Intermittent or complex electrical issues

✔ Recommended for: troubleshooting, module mapping, system verification
